Once you choose the restaurant of your choice, you will book the table and then provide us with your date, time and number of people in your group. Once we have this information, we will make the reservation on your behalf. Once the reservation is confirmed by the restaurant, a Rio All Access Agent will email you with a confirmation (usually on same business day). We do not do same day bookings and we recommend reserving with ample time. If we can not confirm the reservation for your exact date/time, we will provide you with alternatives.
